Shakiba Amiri is one of the students of SCA’s schools in Bamyan province. She wishes to become doctor in the future, to serve her community.

Gazak school is supported by SCA where 246 students are studying, 125 are girls and 121boys. Shakiba Amiri is 14 years old and a resident of Bamyan province, Yakawalan 1 district. She is a student of Sarkanak school. Shakiba Amiri studies in sixth grade.
“I want to become doctor in the future, so I can treat my sisters in my own country. This is my expectation to acquire higher education in the field of medicine. This is not only my big dream, but also my family wishes for me to study at the medical faculty,” she said.
Shakiba Amiri also said that she is the only one in her family who has been provided with the opportunity to study, and she wishes to extend this tradition.
Sarkanak school is supported by SCA . 137 students are studying at the school, 66 girls and 71 boys. In addition, 7 teachers are engaged in teaching, 2 male and 5 female teachers.
